Prometheus

Fassbender admits that he is an acting machine, despite a ship-wide lack of motivation in Lindeloff’s rendition of Lost in space.  Incredible effects, stunning cinematography and philosophical debates manage to rescue this illogical mess from falling into a plot-chasm big enough for inexplicable zombies, quickie abortions, and old guy Pearce.
